In the unlikely instance that you are unhappy with a non-made to order item, we will be happy to arrange a refund for the item cost* or replacement, if we receive your request within 30 days. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund for made to order items unless there is an item fault. Please contact us email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
*Please note we are unable to refund shipping costs and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping costs to return a product.
Shipping options via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature: Normally arrives in 1 day. Royal Mail Tracked 48: Normally arrives in 2 to 3 working days.
